Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales activities for automotive products (cars and motorbikes) and refinancing services to prospective borrowers.
- Identify and acquire new leads through cold calling, networking, and field marketing activities.
- Present and demonstrate credit proposals, interest rates, and payment terms to potential clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Perform credit assessments and analyze borrower profiles to ensure eligibility and minimize risk.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation to management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to process loan applications efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, credit marketing, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of credit analysis, loan terms, and financial products.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) is a must.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
