We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Credit Marketing Officer to join our team in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by marketing and selling our four-wheel vehicle financing and refinancing products directly to prospective debtors. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, approaching them through field visits and referrals, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them through the loan application process. Your sales acumen and ability to build trust will directly impact monthly targets and overall branch performance.

Main responsibilities include directly promoting financing products, achieving individual sales goals, maintaining client relationships, processing applications accurately, and providing market intelligence to the management team. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

The ideal candidate is target-oriented, self-disciplined, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in sales, especially in financing or banking, is highly valued. Tanggung Jawab

  • Directly market and sell four-wheel vehicle financing and refinancing products to potential customers.
  • Identify and approach new prospects through field visits, telemarketing, and referrals.
  • Explain financing terms, conditions, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documents are collected.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and provide feedback to the branch manager.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and market conditions to effectively compete.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, preferably in financing, banking, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is an advantage).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strong drive for results.
  • Valid driver's license (SIM A) and willingness to do field work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
