Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute credit product marketing strategies aligned with regional market needs
- Identify and prospect potential business clients for credit facilities
- Analyze customer financial profiles to recommend appropriate credit solutions
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals with risk assessment documentation
- Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on market feedback
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in credit marketing or banking sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze financial statements and creditworthiness
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement record
