Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and proactively solicit new financing opportunities through market research and networking.
- Actively promote True Finance products to prospective clients and business partners.
- Conduct thorough client screenings to ensure eligibility for financing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the branch management.
- Provide expert consultation to clients regarding product features, interest rates, and loan structures.
- Monitor and manage the end-to-end financing process from application to disbursement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or credit administration within the financial/banking industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Cirebon and surrounding areas.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with digital reporting tools.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and personal transportation.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
