Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new clients for credit products.
- Analyze credit applications and assess borrower risk effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure portfolio health.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to optimize credit policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or credit marketing within the financial industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
