Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing or banking sales
- Strong understanding of Indonesian banking regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with credit scoring methodologies
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration
