Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new potential clients for credit facilities through proactive marketing and networking.
- Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal credit policies.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management regarding credit portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient loan approval and disbursement process.
- Provide expert financial consultation to clients regarding credit terms, repayment plans, and product benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, 1 year of experience in credit marketing or banking is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and business ethics.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging performance targets.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and operate in the Surabaya area.
