Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and proactively approach potential customers for vehicle financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct professional product presentations to prospective clients to convert leads into active accounts.
- Perform thorough analysis of customer financial profiles to ensure credit quality and minimize risk.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by the branch management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Prepare accurate credit application documents and follow up on the approval process.
- Participate in local marketing activities and community events to increase brand awareness in the Tarakan area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the automotive or financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle for fieldwork.
- Resilient, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Basic proficiency in computer literacy and mobile-based reporting tools.
