- Identify and secure new business opportunities by selling financing products to potential customers and partners.

- Perform credit assessments and evaluate loan applications to ensure responsible lending.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in credit marketing, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and financial products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales goals.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is preferred for field visits.
