Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers for credit products through active prospecting and networking.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and credit verification for potential loan applicants.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit detailed credit proposals and reports for management review.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit disbursement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policy and local banking regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the loan approval process for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field, preferably from Economics, Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets consistently.
- Basic understanding of credit analysis and financial products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C/A) and own vehicle is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with high motivation are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
