Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote credit products to prospective clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and networking to reach sales targets.
- Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for the management team.
- Ensure all documentation and administrative processes are accurate and submitted on time.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and events to enhance brand presence in the region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) degree from any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or credit marketing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work in the field and mobile within the Sukoharjo area.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM) and own a personal vehicle.
