Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential clients to offer credit/loan products.
- Conduct thorough market research and field visits to expand the customer base in the Banyuwangi area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze potential customers' creditworthiness and verify application documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on daily activities and lead progression.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to ensure efficient loan processing and high-quality portfolios.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Economics, Management, or Marketing preferred).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in credit marketing or field sales is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-driven mindset.
- Strong knowledge of the local Banyuwangi area and its demographics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
