Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for vehicle financing and refinancing products.
- Actively solicit new customers through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients to explain financing terms.
- Analyze customer financial profiles to match them with the most suitable lending products.
- Maintain a comprehensive pipeline of leads and track progress through the sales funnel.
- Ensure all credit applications are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy.
- Collaborate with internal credit teams to facilitate timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Marketing, Management, or Finance preferred).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but experience in automotive or financial marketing is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications for daily reporting.
- Willingness to be placed in the Tangerang, Banten area.
