Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting and lead generation.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and verify client documentation for loan applications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide expert financial advice and explain credit products clearly to prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate marketing reports and activity logs for management review.
- Coordinate with the internal credit department to ensure smooth loan processing and compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or credit operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good understanding of market trends and the local business landscape in Pekanbaru.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- High integrity, professional appearance, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license (SIM C).
