Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to acquire new credit applicants.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customer segments in the Balikpapan area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners (dealerships/merchants).
- Ensure all credit applications are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for financing products consistently.
- Conduct field visits and provide professional consultation to prospective borrowers.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and activity logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Finance.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a sales-related role, preferably in the automotive or financial industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of the local market in Balikpapan and surrounding regions.
- Able to operate basic office software (Microsoft Office).
