Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new potential clients for vehicle and multipurpose financing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers, partners, and individual customers.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain various financing products offered by IMFI.
- Perform credit analysis and evaluate potential customer eligibility based on internal guidelines.
- Ensure all credit application documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeframe.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the loan portfolio to maintain healthy repayment rates.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field; Bachelor's degree (S1) is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in financing or banking, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to assess credit risk.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of the local Semarang market is a distinct advantage.
