Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients for credit facilities in the designated region.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding financing products.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all loan application documentation.
- Analyze client financial profiles to ensure creditworthiness and minimize risk.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service.
- Provide regular reporting on market trends and sales performance to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a strong passion for marketing, sales, and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and highly motivated to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in the field and engage in direct sales activities.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data management.
- Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C) is preferred.
