In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for actively promoting our comprehensive range of vehicle financing and refinancing products to a diverse clientele.
Your primary mission will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into satisfied partners by offering tailored financial solutions that meet their specific mobility needs. You will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring that every client interaction is professional, informative, and customer-centric. We are looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of the local market trends and strong negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential leads for vehicle financing and refinancing.
- Present and explain complex financial products to potential customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall departmental performance.
- Collaborate with the credit team to assess customer creditworthiness and finalize agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to provide competitive advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the banking sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driving license is a strong advantage.
