Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new potential customers for credit products through active market mapping and field visits.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding our financial products to prospective clients.
- Perform thorough credit analysis and verification of prospective borrowers to ensure loan quality.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process and ensure excellent service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Finance.
- Proven track record in marketing, sales, or banking/financing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily field activities.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent understanding of the local market in Bogor and surrounding areas.
- Willingness to travel and engage in field-based work.
