Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage prospective customers requiring credit applications through targeted outreach
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote credit products in assigned territories
- Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate financial solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with credit approval teams to ensure smooth application processing
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for credit product acquisition
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year in sales or marketing experience
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and KPIs
- Strong communication skills with ability to build customer rapport
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of credit products and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field visits
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication
