Maybank is currently seeking a motivated Credit Marketing Officer to join our team in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our credit growth strategy by identifying potential debitors, conducting thorough credit feasibility analyses, and fostering long-term partnerships with our automotive dealer and showroom networks.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new credit applicants through proactive market mapping and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive credit feasibility surveys and financial analysis for prospective debtors.
- Prepare detailed credit proposal reports ensuring compliance with internal risk management policies.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with automotive dealers and showroom partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual credit acquisition targets as set by the branch management.
- Provide advisory services to customers regarding financing products and repayment structures.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to ensure low delinquency rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior experience in consumer financing, leasing, or banking is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of credit analysis, financial feasibility, and market mapping.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build client trust.
- High degree of integrity, persistence, and self-motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for daily field mobility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic financial reporting tools.
