As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for expanding our credit portfolio, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region.
In this role, you will play a vital part in identifying new business opportunities, assessing potential clients' creditworthiness, and providing excellent service to our loan applicants. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new credit customers within the Banyuwangi area to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and credit analysis to evaluate the financial viability of loan applicants.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate credit proposal documents for management review.
- Monitor credit repayment performance and coordinate with the collection team when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with current financial products, market interest rates, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire loan application and approval process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, experience in banking, microfinance, or sales is a distinct advantage.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
- Deep understanding of the local market and geographical knowledge of Banyuwangi.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
