Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new loan clients within the assigned operational area.
- Conduct thorough surveys and financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of potential applicants.
- Maintain and nurture strong professional relationships with new and existing credit customers.
- Ensure that all credit applications are completed accurately and processed in accordance with bank policies.
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets for credit products.
- Prepare regular reports on field activities and market performance for management.
- Provide excellent customer service and financial guidance to prospective clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Possess a strong interest in marketing, sales, and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone and mobile applications for data entry.
- Target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in the field.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Local candidates with a strong knowledge of the Labuan region are highly encouraged to apply.
