Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential credit customers within the assigned territory in Samarinda.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding credit products to prospective clients.
- Gather and verify all necessary documentation for credit applications to ensure compliance with bank standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and service excellence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and manage long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and future business opportunities.
- Monitor and report market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Possess a strong interest in marketing, sales, and banking operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
- Proficiency in local language and culture is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Strong integrity, persistence, and self-motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure.
