Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies for BRI products in Semarang region
- Acquire new clients through proactive sales activities and market research
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Maintain and expand client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns
- Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in credit sales or banking marketing
- Strong understanding of credit products and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid BPKP certification (preferable)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
