Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers to offer credit and financing products.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain financial product benefits to prospective clients.
- Perform preliminary credit analysis and evaluate the feasibility of loan applications.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the management team.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports regarding field marketing activities and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of credit applications.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and achieve set performance targets.
- High integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Familiarity with the Sleman and surrounding Yogyakarta regions.
- Ability to operate basic computer/mobile applications for reporting.
