In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our car credit products. You will play a crucial part in expanding our market share in the Sumatera Barat region by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships with local car dealerships, and guiding clients through the credit application process. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote car credit and financing products in the Bukittinggi and Agam regions.
- Identify, approach, and establish strong partnerships with local car dealerships and independent sellers.
- Actively source new potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and guide customers through the application and approval process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in automotive sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of car credit/financing procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated work ethic.
- Hold a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) and are willing to travel within the Sumatera Barat area.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Bukittinggi and Agam is highly preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
