Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market surveys and identify potential clients within the Cirebon area.
- Acquire new customers through effective marketing strategies and field visits.
- Analyze creditworthiness of applicants and prepare credit proposals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure loan repayment and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
- Ensure all customer data and documentation are accurate and up-to-date in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in microfinance, banking, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned area, and handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and credit analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
