Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively market and promote credit products to potential customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealer partners to ensure a steady pipeline of credit applications.
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and verification to assess the creditworthiness and eligibility of prospective debitors.
- Process credit applications accurately and ensure all documentation complies with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Provide expert financial consultation and product information to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio by maintaining high standards during the initial screening process.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the banking or multi-finance industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle for field work.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good analytical skills for performing credit field surveys and assessing applicant data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in the Jakarta region.
