Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to prospective customers for vehicle financing and refinancing products.
- Conduct professional presentations and explain credit terms effectively to potential clients.
- Analyze customer financial profiles to assess creditworthiness and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the regional management team.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and documentation for credit processing.
- Collaborate with the credit administration team to ensure smooth application workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automotive or financial sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse personality types.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and have access to personal transportation.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Jambi and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital marketing tools.
