Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential debtors to offer competitive credit products.
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis and feasibility studies to assess client risk profiles.
- Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with automotive dealers and showrooms to expand the market reach.
- Monitor and manage the credit application process from submission to approval.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities and credit performance for management review.
- Ensure all credit activities comply with company policies and banking regulations.
- Coordinate with internal credit departments to expedite document verification and disbursement processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in credit marketing or banking is a strong advantage.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle for field mobility.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with diverse clients.
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Result-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed monthly credit targets.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily reporting.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and be mobile within the Bandung area.
