Maybank, one of Southeast Asia's leading banking groups, is seeking a results-driven Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Cirebon. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by identifying new credit opportunities and maintaining exceptional service standards for our partners.
As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be the face of Maybank in the local automotive and financial retail ecosystem. You will be responsible for conducting thorough credit analysis, performing site surveys to assess borrower eligibility, and nurturing long-term relationships with our partner dealers and showrooms. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new potential credit customers through strategic market networking.
- Perform comprehensive credit analysis and feasibility studies on prospective debtors.
- Conduct detailed field surveys and site visits to verify applicant data and creditworthiness.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealer and showroom partners to boost sales volume.
- Prepare accurate and professional credit application reports for internal management review.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to ensure compliance with company risk policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the designated Cirebon region.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Finance.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer, Sales, or Credit Analyst in a banking or multi-finance institution is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess credit risks effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Cirebon area for field surveys.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and personal transportation.
