Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential credit applicants through proactive networking and dealer visits.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and on-site surveys to assess the financial viability of prospective debitors.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with dealer and showroom partners to maximize lead generation.
- Ensure that all credit applications comply with Maybank’s internal risk policies and regulatory standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and credit portfolio growth targets.
- Prepare accurate and timely credit assessment reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants throughout the credit process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any field, preferably Business, Management, or Finance.
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or credit analysis within the banking or multi-finance industry.
- Deep understanding of credit risk assessment and financial documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field across the Duri/Dumai region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
