Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for credit products in the Padang area.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations with prospective clients regarding loan products.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, from initial inquiry to final approval.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all credit documentation complies with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth credit disbursement and processing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field from an accredited university.
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in banking or automotive finance is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to work in the field and possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C).
- Based in or willing to be placed in Padang, Sumatera Barat.
