In this role, you will be the bridge between our banking services and our clients, playing a pivotal role in driving our credit portfolio growth.
As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will not just be processing applications; you will be an advisor to prospective debtors, conducting thorough feasibility surveys, and fostering strong, long-term partnerships with automotive dealers and showrooms. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new credit leads through proactive market networking.
- Conduct detailed credit feasibility surveys and financial analysis for prospective debtors.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealer and showroom partners.
- Manage the end-to-end credit application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Achieve and exceed monthly credit disbursement targets set by the branch.
- Provide expert financial consultation to clients regarding Maybank's credit products.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio by maintaining high approval standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry and dealer networks in Medan is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal banking software.
- Willingness to travel locally as required to meet clients and business partners.
