As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential prospects, conducting thorough credit analysis, and ensuring that our loan disbursements meet the highest standards of prudence and compliance. You will also represent Maybank at various dealer networks and showrooms, fostering long-term partnerships that ensure a steady flow of business opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential debtors for credit products.
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and field surveys to determine borrower eligibility.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with partner dealers and automotive showrooms.
- Ensure all credit applications are processed accurately and in accordance with bank policies.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory of Pekanbaru.
- Prepare detailed credit memos and reports for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing debitors throughout the loan process.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the credit portfolio to minimize non-performing loans.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit marketing, banking, or automotive finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in building B2B relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a motorcycle (preferred for mobility).
- Familiarity with the Pekanbaru market landscape is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
