Maybank is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Surabaya. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in our consumer banking division, driving credit growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer service. As a Credit Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by offering tailored credit solutions. You will act as a bridge between Maybank and our valued dealer partners, ensuring a seamless credit application process while maintaining rigorous standards of credit feasibility and risk assessment.

In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall success of our financial services. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellence in every interaction.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct thorough credit feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and eligibility of prospective borrowers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners to maximize credit sales volume and dealership engagement.
  • Process and underwrite new credit applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies.
  • Present credit proposals and financial products to potential customers, clearly explaining terms, conditions, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the internal risk management and operations teams to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Track sales performance metrics and actively contribute to achieving team targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis principles, risk assessment, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer relationship management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are considered an advantage.
