Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed product presentations explaining features, benefits, and application processes of gold credit solutions
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business clients in the Bekasi region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing consultation and support
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Stay current with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting credit products
- Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure smooth application processing and customer satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts simply
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with diverse client profiles
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for documentation purposes
