Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for Hajj and Umrah credit products
- Cultivate relationships with travel agents, religious organizations, and community leaders
- Conduct client consultations to assess financial eligibility for pilgrimage financing
- Prepare and present loan proposals compliant with Sharia principles
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
- Maintain accurate client records and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with credit analysts to ensure smooth loan processing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing of Hajj/Umrah services
- Strong network of contacts in Indonesia's religious travel sector
- Understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Finance, or Islamic Studies preferred
- Resident in Tangerang or willing to relocate to Gading Serpong
