Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute credit marketing strategies to acquire new clients in Jakarta Raya
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer needs
- Present credit products and services to prospective clients with tailored solutions
- Analyze credit applications and prepare comprehensive assessment reports
- Maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups and service quality monitoring
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to ensure efficient loan processing
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve monthly targets
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in banking, financial services, or sales/marketing
- Strong understanding of credit products and banking regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial analysis tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration preferred
