Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in the motorcycle sales industry.
- Execute promotional activities and market visits to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Present motorcycle financing products and negotiate terms to secure sales deals.
- Manage customer relationships, provide exceptional service, and handle after-sales inquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the branch team to develop effective sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately record customer data and transaction details in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in motorcycle financing, automotive sales, or a related marketing field.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
