Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field surveys to assess borrower creditworthiness and collateral valuation
- Analyze loan applications and prepare detailed credit reports for approval committees
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for new vehicle financing products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor regional market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve monthly credit disbursement targets
- Prepare monthly performance reports and market analysis for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a credit surveyor or loan officer in automotive/retail finance
- Proficiency in credit assessment methodologies and risk evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements and collateral reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client/dealer interactions
- Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent regional travel
