Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for credit products
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with them
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor credit offerings
- Prepare credit proposals and ensure compliance with bank policies
- Monitor loan portfolio performance and take corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with credit assessment teams to ensure proper risk evaluation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's growth objectives
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing or banking
- Strong understanding of credit products and financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess credit risk
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-oriented with proven sales track record
