Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in Subang and Indramayu to expand the company's customer base.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing personalized credit solutions and product recommendations.
- Assess client creditworthiness and financial situations to tailor loan products effectively.
- Prepare and present credit proposals and agreements to clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
- Track sales performance and update CRM systems with detailed client interaction records.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, credit marketing, or the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of credit products, loan structures, and financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility towards clients.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
