Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive credit assessments and financial analysis for prospective clients to ensure sound risk management.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed credit reports, presentations, and business proposals for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with credit policies and business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business development avenues in the Penang and Seremban regions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in credit reporting, financial services, or a similar business development role.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and effective relationship management techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel between George Town, Penang, and Seremban as required for client meetings.
