Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze credit applications for risk assessment and eligibility
- Prepare detailed credit reports and make approval/recommendation decisions
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues
- Conduct financial statement analysis and cash flow evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
- 1-2 years of credit analysis or banking experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of credit assessment methodologies and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CFA) is advantageous
