Tanggung Jawab
- Manage overdue payment portfolios through systematic follow-up and collection activities
- Negotiate customized repayment plans with clients considering their financial circumstances
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, transactions, and account status
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on complex account escalations
- Analyze payment patterns to identify early intervention opportunities
- Generate monthly recovery performance reports and KPI tracking
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal collection policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in credit recovery, collections, or financial services
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure repayment agreements
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Problem-solving mindset to resolve complex payment disputes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Relevant degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
