Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage existing accounts to ensure timely collections and minimize credit risks
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account irregularities
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies for delinquent accounts
- Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account reconciliation
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and credit portfolio health
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance collection efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections or accounts receivable
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of credit policies and Philippine banking regulations
