Tanggung Jawab
- Review and assess credit applications for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial statements and market data to evaluate borrower creditworthiness
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessments for lending committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for early warning signs of credit deterioration
- Coordinate with legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth deal execution
- Conduct industry research to support credit decisions and market trend analysis
- Document all credit-related activities in accordance with audit and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or banking
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (advanced functions)
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and credit risk frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a matrix environment
