Tanggung Jawab
- Operate cremation equipment in accordance with facility standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and record process data to ensure all equipment functions optimally and safely.
- Perform regular cleaning and routine maintenance of machinery and work areas.
- Handle all documentation related to the cremation process accurately and confidentially.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful environment within the facility at all times.
- Assist with the preparation and transfer of urns or ashes as required.
- Strictly adhere to all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in facility operations, manufacturing, or a similar technical role is preferred.
- Candidates with a high level of physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful at all times.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or weekend hours as required by operations.
- Able to comply with all safety equipment usage and operational security protocols.
